JUDGE
JAMES ELLIOTT
UK
James Elliott has been writing for and editing classic car magazines for more than 20 years. The Octane
editor-in-chief is a lifelong enthusiast who, among the
50 or so classics that he has owned, has bought everything from stately Rover P5B Coupé to racy Lancia Delta Integrale and outrageous Piper P2. In the course of his work he has driven many of the most desirable road and race cars ever created including an original Le Mans Bentley, Jaguar D-type and Ferrari 250GTO. Especially knowledgable about the Lotus and Triumph marques, he has previously been a judge at some of the world's leading concours d'elegance.
